Clear, fair conditions for cancellations and refunds across all Urban Ride Limousine services.
Please read these cancellation and refund conditions carefully before making a booking with Urban Ride Limousine.
User Cancellations
Urgent Rides: Free cancellation within 5 minutes if driver not yet dispatched.
Scheduled Rides: Free cancellation if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup.
Urban Ride Limousine Cancellations
If we are unable to fulfil your booking, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds processed within 15 working days from confirmation date, to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
No refund if cancellation is due to incorrect flight details provided by the customer.
No refund for weather conditions or forecasts.
No refund for reasons beyond our control (airline issues, delays, force majeure).
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations outside allowed windows.
Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the ride.
